You'll find a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 4, a living room with flat-screen TV and sofa bed (quality mattress 140x190), a bedroom with double bed (140x190), a shower room (shower + washbasin) with WC. Outside, you'll find a motorbike/bike shed, a small gravelled courtyard and a terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Private parking on site. Beds are made up on arrival, and linen (tea towels, tablecloths) and end-of-day cleaning are included. Heating and electricity extra (invoiced according to consumption). Dog supplement 10?/day. All shops and amenities on site. Bicycles for children, teenagers, adults and children's seats can be hired from the owners (5?/day/person). Tapas evening available at our Champagne Wirtz reception on request only 100 km from Paris and Reims, 60 km from Troyes, Epernay and Sens, 25 km from S?zanne, 20 km from Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine. Small, detached single-storey house with enclosed, unoverlooked 15 m2 courtyard. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Nogent sur Seine and its power plant? 15 km, cellar visits, Provins and its medieval city, Ch?teau de la Motte Tilly 20 km, Grand ?tang de p?che 35 minutes away.
We are Champagne winegrowers, so if you make a reservation, you can visit our vineyards and enjoy a picnic lunch. Visit our winery and finish with a champagne tasting. Reservation of our reception room (capacity of 30 people, equivalent to our 6 gites). Tapas evening in our reserved reception room. In late August and early September, we can take you to listen to the stag roar.
