Arranged on the raised ground floor (2 steps), the cottage comprises a living room, a kitchen opening onto the living room (ceramic hob, new furniture), a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, a shower room and separate WC. A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and chaise-longue lets you enjoy the green spaces (orchard and 1500 m2 lawn), enclosed and shared by both properties. Private parking. Additional charges: electricity (including heating). From the g?te, you can take the V?lovoie des Lacs (passing in front of the g?te - 4 adult bikes + baby door available subject to availability), reach the beach (1 km), the wild shores of the lake (300 m), or go to Troyes to discover the city. Troyes to discover the medieval town (25 min.), or to Nigloland for a visit to the famous Nigloland to relax with family and friends (30 min). G?raudot, famous for its bathing facilities and its 16th-century Saint-Pierre Saint-Paul parish church, is a village in the heart of the For?t d'Orient Natural Park, just a stone's throw from the lake. Logis du Charron is a Champagne-style half-timbered house, restored in 2012, adjoining another g?te (10G106), with a completely independent entrance.
