This simple, family-friendly chalet is ideal for a pleasant vacation in the Arêches-Beaufort winter sports resort. Additional charges 200€.
One of the typical chalets built during the construction of the Roselend dam (1960) to house the dam's foremen. Preserved in its original state: green and white shutters, frieze, sunny south-facing terrace with breathtaking views of the mountain and the bell tower.
It's a 5-minute walk from the shops, yet very quiet.
The mythical Boule de Gomme (gum ball) toboggan run is just around the corner.
You enter the chalet from a cul-de-sac, via a small staircase that takes you either to the ground floor, or via a small, sheltered perron balcony, directly to the 1st floor and the living room.
Ground floor:
- A ski room/debottoir entrance, the boiler room and a shed for drying out your belongings or washing them (washing machine).
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80 x 190 and 1 crib (sleeps 2 + crib)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2)
- 1 bathroom (shower, sink and toilet)
1st floor (access either from the balcony/perron or by staircase from inside)
- 1 kitchen with window, fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hood, raclette/fondue and pancake makers, gas stove with 3 gas burners, 1 electric burner, 1 electric oven, kettle, KRUPS coffee maker, microwave, kitchen table, storage cupboards).
- 1 living/dining area, with 1 small square table and 1 large extension table)

- 1 lounge area with sofa and TV, opening onto a sunny south-facing terrace (garden furniture and parasol)
