Length of rental
This accommodation is rented for a period defined at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the accommodation outside this period.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival times are in the afternoon from 5pm.
- Departure times are in the morning before 11.00 am.
- We ask you to return the accommodation in a decent state before the deadline indicated above.
Equipment provided
- This accommodation is rented with bedding (bases and mattresses), blankets or duvets and pillows.
- Travellers are advised to use their own sheets, pillowcases, one flat sheet and one fitted sheet per bed and bathroom linen per person. In the event of omission, a fee of 60 euros will be paid to the host.
Use of the premises
- All the furniture is at your disposal. Please keep them in good condition and keep them clean.
- Water, electricity and heating are included in the rental price. However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open for long periods if you are using the heating.
- All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowl, apart from toilet paper.
- The access door to the accommodation is fitted with a key lock. Please make sure that you lock them when you leave (with the exception of the landing door). You are responsible for any theft or damage if you fail to comply with this clause.
Safety and good manners instructions.
- Please respect the peace and quiet of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The volume of noise inside and outside the property must be contained in order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. In the event of a dispute or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude the customers causing the disturbance.
- For the sake of the neighbourhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10pm and before 8am.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
- There is a cleaning charge of 50 euros, which includes the cleaning of the rooms. However, please ensure that the accommodation is not left in a mess, in particular by tidying the furniture, objects and crockery.
- In an emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police).
Household waste
- Refuse bins are available close to the building - on the side. Recycling bins are available opposite the sports hall. When you leave, please do not leave anything in the bins.
Animals
- Pets are not allowed in the sports hall.
