The villa stands in a strategic position to reach many renowned tourist spots and charming fishing villages in western Sicily.
Located a short distance from the airport and the city of Palermo, from Villa Silvia it is possible to easily reach the sea where equipped and free beaches enrich the beautiful coast of the municipality of Capaci and Isola delle Femmine and from where you can admire the most beautiful sunsets that the island offers and then immerse yourself in the summer nightlife.
Furthermore, Villa Silvia is located a few steps from the Poseidon shopping center, with shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, bars and close to many villages known for their restaurants, cheerfulness and hospitality typical of our land.
Villa Silvia, with a Mediterranean construction typology, built in the 60s for the sake of a great love, is located in the center of a lot full of typical local vegetation, with large spaces of shade and sun.
Inside, the villa is distributed on one level with a terraced roof, solarium of the house. An entrance hall, onto which three large and welcoming bedrooms overlook, have openings onto the garden from which the scents of fruit trees arrive.
Two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with every need complete the villa which is comfortable and welcoming, perfect for families with children or even for a romantic couple's stay.
Inside the property there is also a private car park and a laundry room, as well as an outdoor area with a masonry kitchenette and a gazebo, all well furnished to enjoy the warmth of the season you have chosen.
Far from the summer hubbub, but close to all fun and entertainment, Villa Silvia will offer moments of siesta and peaceful relaxation to those lucky enough to stay there.
The residence is a complex of about thirty villas for family use, located a few hundred meters from the towns of Capaci, Isola delle Femmine and Carini. A few meters away, however, the Poseidon shopping center is available. The area is always quiet and with little traffic.
The villa offers the possibility to park the car or any other medium-sized vehicle inside. Along the road of the residence it is possible to park as many vehicles as you wish.
