This spacious ground-floor apartment has two bedrooms, a terrace, open-plan kitchen, dining room with sofa bed, bathroom, parking space and large communal garden. Pets welcome.
The apartment is next to Carboneras beach, and just a few minutes away you'll find the Port with all its shops and amenities, the promenade, Port beach, La Gola beach and Port beach.
Llançà is a fishing village and very family-friendly, where you can enjoy great water activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Sant Jaume trail, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village lies between two protected natural areas, Cap de Creus and the Albères, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada with its wonderful casino and other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
