This magnificent seafront apartment is located in the family-friendly fishing village of Llançà, where you can enjoy water activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Camino de Santiago, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village is located between Cap de Creus and l'Albere, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum.
The wonderful casino of Peralada and other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
The apartment is next to the Cau del Llop beach and opposite the coastal road (Colera-Port de la Selva), just a few minutes away by car you'll find the central Port area with all the shops and establishments, the promenade, the Port beach, La Goleta beach and the port.
