AT100 Antina Mar: Two-bedroom apartment located in 'Baix a Mar', the fishermen's district of Torredembarra. It is located on the eighth floor with superb sea views. The apartment has a dining room with exit to the terrace, a separate renovated and well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. There is a folding bed for the fifth person. The building has a communal parking lot with limited, unnumbered spaces. Enjoy your vacation in a beach and promenade! Group bookings for young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted. Departure time:To specify your departure time, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Washing machine:Please wait 5 minutes before opening the door once the program is finished, otherwise the lever may break.
Air conditioning:Do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the home, or use it with the windows or doors open.
Awnings:They must be removed every evening or if you plan to spend the day away from home, as they could be damaged by heavy rain or strong winds.
Roller shutters:Be careful when raising them, and stop before reaching the blind stops. If you do so too hard, the shutter will be unusable and will need to be repaired.
Fridge: For optimum performance, it should be set to 5° (or between levels 2 and 3 if it's not digital). On the day of arrival, remember to open the fridge as little as possible if you have loaded it heavily with room-temperature products, as it can take several hours to recover the correct temperature.
Keys: Don't leave your keys in the lock. If you leave the apartment and the keys are left in the lock inside, you'll have to call an emergency locksmith (and they're very expensive).
Sheets and towels:On the last day, you must leave your sheets and towels in the blue bag that we will deliver to you. It is not necessary to remove mattress protectors and pillows.
