A very original semi-detached house surrounded by olive trees and the Mediterranean maquis of the hills between Itri and Sperlonga. Renovated in a creative and evocative manner, the owner has kept the rural aspect of the house intact with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings, enriching it with his large coloured paintings.
The house measures about 60 square metres and has a patio of about 25 square metres. It is suitable for a couple or a maximum of 3 persons with a creative spirit who do not like conventional spaces and scenarios!
The owner lives upstairs, kind but discreet, loves to receive and share in mutual privacy this corner of paradise with those who wish to appreciate the beauty of the Ulysses Riviera.
The structure of the house consists of an independent entrance into the living room with fireplace, dining area and open kitchenette with 2 induction burners, bathroom with toilet and shower compartment, small passage room used as a walk-in wardrobe, large and bright bedroom with large glass windows overlooking the outdoor patio.
The house is fitted with mosquito nets, has no air conditioning and has a parking space. The outdoor garden left in its natural state is not fenced. On the patio you will find a table and barbecue for pleasant evenings with the background of crickets singing. In 20 minutes by car you can reach the neighbouring tourist centres: Formia for shopping, the tourist harbour and the ferries to the islands (Km.16); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the green park of Monte Orlando, the monuments and churches of the old town (Km.18); Sperlonga with its characteristic old town and archaeological sites (Km. 10);
Just over an hour from Rome and Naples.
Ideal for a stay with a couple, friends or a small family, it will allow you to combine the simple and relaxing rhythms of country living with days on the wonderful sandy beaches of the Riviera d'Ulisse.
