Comfortable apartment, well laid out and geographically well located. Friendly welcome from the agency on site. Small problem of access to the garage in the basement due to the breakdown of the electric gate, which was opened by hand and secured with a chain and padlock. The staircases and corridors are not maintained, they just needed a little sweeping!
