The apartment itself is located on the first floor and has lift access, air-conditioning and central heating for pleasant year-round stays. The elegant and sun-washed living room consists of a large, open and modern space with double access to the big, sunny terrace. The terrace overlooks the manicured gardens of the complex and has alfresco dining, sun loungers and long, relaxing views for uninterrupted relaxation.

The living room is furnished with a sofa with a coffee table, Smart TV, a modern dining set-up and a kitchen fully equipped with all essential utilities, including a dishwasher. Furthermore, thanks to a delightfully peaceful setting and amenities like a laptop-friendly workplace, the versatile apartment is ideal for a romantic vacation, a family getaway as well as working remotely!

Location

The holiday apartment is just a few minutes' drive from the various amenities and exciting attractions of Costa del Sol. Within a 10-minute drive, guests will reach Playa de Guadalmansa and Saladillo Beach, the animal park Selwo Aventura that is perfect for children, as well as, the waterpark Cableski and Wakeboard Centre with guaranteed dynamic fun. For golf lovers, there are a number of top-class golf courses around, with the closest–Resin Golf and Country Club–just a 5-minutes walk away from the apartment complex. Additionally, for those who want to explore the other famous and attractive towns of Costa del Sol, then Marbella is just 20-minutes away, the beautiful Mijas Pueblo is half an hour's drive whereas Málaga is a 1 hour and 15 minutes from here.

There is a grocery store at just a 4-minute drive from here to facilitate a carefree self-catered stay. The nearest international airport is Málaga-Costa del Sol. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 31st of October 2024 A damage deposit of 200EUR has to be paid locally.
