We exclusively offer this pretty mas in the countryside of St Rémy de Provence! In the heart of a 1.3-hectare park, this property is right in the middle of nature, ideal for relaxing during your stay in Provence.
This farmhouse of around 120m² comprises on the ground floor a living room, a dining area, a brand-new fitted kitchen, 1 shower room with shower and WC, 1 bedroom with a terrace sheltered by a veranda, 2 double bedrooms sharing a shower room with WC, on the garden level with independent access a small studio with a kitchenette, 1 shower room with WC and a bedroom.
On the relaxation side, you'll enjoy the 8 x 4 m swimming pool, secured by an alarm, and a lovely terrace that can accommodate up to 8 people. For the more sporty, you can take advantage of the hiking trails around the property.
Outgoing cleaning 280€ - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage has not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures on arrival, and if any linen is missing.
Optional household linen and pool towels 193Euros / week - intermediate cleaning and linen change at the tenant's expense 271€.
Taxes not included in the price (5.76€ x nb adults + 18 years x nb nights). Deposit: €2,000 to be paid by credit card imprint or bank transfer only, before moving in.
