We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Granzay-Gript, this charming house of a surface of 83 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A living room of 19 m² to relax or read on the sofa.
- An equipped kitchen of 17 m² with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, gas stove, filter coffee machine, mixer, grater, electric mixer... and a dining area.

On the 1st floor:

- A terrace of 22 m² facing North with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, barbecue, bicycle room.
The house is ideally located in Granzay-Gript, in a very pleasant environment, next to a playground for children and teenagers (structure, basketball court etc..). You will be able to benefit from the nearby towns of Beauvoir-sur-Niort and Frontenay-Rohan-Rohan with all the essential stores but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
