EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION with sea view in the heart of Bandol for this apartment with high ceilings, facing south. Located on the 1st floor of a well-maintained building, it is composed of an air-conditioned living-dining room, opening onto the terrace from where you will enjoy its sublime view of the port and the sea, ideal for enjoying your meals facing the this one or simply enjoy the landscape. Fully renovated and very well equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). From the entrance, a corridor leads to the bathroom as well as the separate WC. All rooms are air conditioned. Two bedrooms with double bed, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. You also have an access card to the Casino's public car park located less than 100m from the apartment. You will only have to cross the road to lie down on the first sandy beach. An ideal rental where the sun, the sea and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol a superb memory. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or in cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
