We offer this charming 34 m² air-conditioned T2 apartment with swimming pool for rent in Cabriès, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The single-storey apartment is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), armchair and closet.
- A shower room with walk-in shower, WC and towel dryer.
Exterior:
- A sunny terrace of approx. 6 m², not overlooked, will enable you to enjoy fine weather and take your meals outside.
Shared exterior :
- A shared, fenced and heated swimming pool, open from May to September. There are two pools, a paddling pool for the little ones, and a large pool with variable depth. Sun loungers are located in the pool area.
- Leisure areas include a children's playground and petanque courts.
The apartment is located in the commune of Cabriès, in a very pleasant setting with views of Mont Sainte Victoire. The neighborhood is peaceful and natural, and there are plenty of opportunities for walks right outside the residence. A shopping area is 8 minutes away by car, and the village with local shops is 5 minutes away.
