Overlooking the village, this beautiful 19th-century family home has been entirely restored by owners Fabrice and Christelle, with the aim of creating an atmosphere marked by authenticity, traditional materials, objects and furniture from the past and contemporary comfort.
A large terrace overlooking the village is ideal for meals or simply relaxing. It gives access to a large green space.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, lounge, 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a private shower room and space for teleworking, a 4th bedroom with 4 single beds, shower room, 2 separate toilets.
100% electric or hybrid vehicles welcome: a 7.4 kw charging station is available for recharging batteries. Charging will be subject to an additional charge payable each time you fill up. BED & BREAKFAST MUST HAVE: sheets and beds made up on arrival, household linen included. As we do not welcome pets in our gîte, our customers have happily left their pets at Tréteau. Heating and electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.
