This apartment is ideal for doing everything on foot! With private underground parking, you'll be close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc.... Located in a secure residence, you'll enjoy free use of the swimming pool from May to September. The apartment is on the 4th and top floor (with elevator), and offers unobstructed views of the Sainte-Maxime hills and the Preconil river, along which you can stroll. Description: 3-room apartment, 54m2, furnished and equipped: - Entrance with cupboards - Separate WC - Living room with open kitchen (central island and bar) and fully equipped (crockery and cooking utensils, electric kettle, Senseo and filter coffee makers, toaster, hob and hood, microwave oven, electric oven, fridge/freezer). - Bathroom with washing machine/dryer, hairdryer, towel rail - Bedroom 1: 2-person bed (140x200cm) and 2 closets - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (80x200cm) that can be moved closer together, wall-mounted TV and 1 closet. A flat-screen TV, vacuum cleaner and iron are also provided. The apartment opens onto a terrace equipped with a large table, 4 armchairs and a plancha-grill. Open all year round, for stays of 3 nights minimum, except in July and August, for 1 week minimum. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee: €60 (Covid-19 special sanitary protocol, in line with recommendations drawn up by NF Service-certified O2 Care Services). Linen hire (sheets, towels, tea towels): €20 per person, payable on site.
