The apartment has three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single beds), a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace and a small private garden and a communal garden with swimming pool and small bath. Pets not allowed.
This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet area of Sant Carles, next to the Port, where you'll find the main beaches (Port beach, la Gola, Sant Jordi, l'Argilera, etc.), main shops and restaurants, the port and the promenade.
Llançà is a fishing village and very family-friendly, where you can enjoy great aquatic activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Sant Jaume trail, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village lies between two protected natural areas, Cap de Creus and the Albères, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada with its wonderful casino and other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
