Spacious country house with pool and garden for 11 people in Can Picafort, 1.5 km from the sandy beach.
Can Picafort is in the north of Mallorca and is a paradise for lovers of the beach and nature. You can enjoy the sandy beaches such as Son Bauló, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia, play golf in Alcanada or visit the S'Albufera park. A car is recommended. Here, one sits with a cocktail and a good book while the children swim in the pool or play in the garden.
Surrounded by a large terrace with 10 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and 1 outdoor shower, the 24m2 private pool with a depth between 1.4 x 2 meters is the true protagonist of this estate. The 30 m2 furnished porch invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family; and why not end the day with a barbecue, flowers, aromatic plants, trees and decoration elements give a Mediterranean touch to the exterior.
