We offer for rent a cozy apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The 74 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed terrace with outdoor furniture. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. There is an underground parking space. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: within walking distance of several banks, Russian and Spanish supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a pharmacy. To the sea and the popular urban beach Del Cura 350 meters! Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
