Congratulations! You've found the den of sunshine! Welcome to Villa la Tuta del Solhel in the Ardèche, in the small village of Sampzon!
The house offers every comfort, with particular attention to furnishings.
A modern, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room and landscape: American fridge, ice dispenser, induction hob, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, teapot, etc. A TV room with large screen and free wifi (5G terminal). The large 120m² wooden terrace surrounds a large 8 x 4-meter swimming pool with a deck and a maximum depth of 1M60.
The house has 6 rooms, with 3 double bedrooms and an office with a double sofa bed. Reversible air-conditioning keeps you cool and warm, depending on the weather.
At the top of the rock, in the middle of nature, you'll enjoy your breakfast as you gaze out over Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, with the Grotte Chauvet 2 clinging to the mountains just above. Whether you're in the room below or the one above, every window opens onto a breathtaking landscape. And breath is needed for all the hiking trails that criss-cross the surrounding area: GR4, Serre de la Cour, and more. Here, the cicadas sing for you as soon as the sun comes out. You can even walk all the way down to the Ardèche River, if you're brave enough to beat the record time of 20 minutes!
Even though you're nestled in the peace and quiet of juniper, olive and oak forests, all the town's amenities are at your feet: Ruoms shopping center 6 km away (10 minutes by car), the many markets in the surrounding villages, and the nightlife of Vallon Pont-d'Arc 8 km away (12 minutes by car). Your only problem will be choosing between the private swimming pool overlooking the valley or the cool waters of the Ardèche or Chassezac rivers.
If you come in winter, the wood-burning stove will sing its warm purr to you.
