In a historic building, discover a charming, fully renovated apartment ideal for 4 people, with 1 large living room, 2 bedrooms, one of which opens onto the living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet.
For summer days, you can enjoy the large terrace at the back of the building.
Double-glazing ensures a peaceful night's sleep.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator.
The 1st bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 cm double bed, and the second with 2 single bunk beds.
Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and high-speed WiFi.
All linen is provided for your stay.
The nearest parking lot is at La Poste, 1 minute's walk from the apartment.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountainous setting, is renowned for the quality of its environment and quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has been able to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, restore the transparency of the lake's waters through work that is often cited as an example, and flourish its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you'll be able to get around on foot throughout your stay (2 parking lots nearby: train station and post office less than 100 m away).
Bikes for hire nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way around the lake).
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
