We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Oletta, this charming apartment with a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, two beautiful bedrooms of 13 m², a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 160 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).

- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days within a closed garden of about 160 m².
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Oletta, in a very pleasant environment within a quiet residence, 3 km from the center of Saint Florent. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby.

Very good stay. Just a few small remarks. A light above the cooking plate and the sink is missing. By arriving at night we did not see the reception and had difficulty finding the building J because the directional arrow at the entrance goes from C to I. On the other hand, the garbage room outside is not very visible. As for the environment, the dogs of the nearby villas often bark. As for cleanliness, there is just a little dust. Equipment, a toaster is missing.
