35 m² F2 ground-floor apartment. West-facing, close to Parc de l'Usclade. The apartment is 100 m from the town center and 50 m from the thermal baths. A kitchen equipped with a vitro hob, a hood, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an oven, a washing machine...open onto the main room which includes a table, chairs, a flat-screen TV and two comfortable armchairs. A separate bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage cupboard. A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC with grab bar. Wifi in the apartment. Laundry facilities in the residence. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
Compulsory tax in addition: Tourist tax and pet tax (2€/day/pet).
