In the heart of the town of Hiver, typical Arcachonnaise house of approx. 120 m² on one level, with its own wooded garden.
You can park a car, but the street is totally free.
Entrance with separate WC. Its living room, with no TV or WIFI, opens onto a small terrace.
A fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and washing machine, opening onto the dining room.
A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs you'll find a dormitory room with three 90cm beds opening onto a small balcony. A bathroom with bath and shower. Separate WC. A bedroom with three 90cm beds, and a final bedroom with two 90cm (or 180cm) beds and a washbasin area.
A second fridge and freezer are available in the basement.
You can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends in the garden below the house.
Halfway between Plage Pereire and the main beach, where you can enjoy the Bay of Arcachon, organize afternoon swims and picnic evenings. And don't forget the cycle paths for outings with family or friends.
