A kitchen equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc., opens onto the main room, which includes a table, chairs, flat-screen TV and a non-convertible sofa and two armchairs. A separate bedroom with a 140cm bed, another bedroom with two 90cm beds and a storage cupboard in the hallway. A bathroom with a spacious shower, bath and washbasin. Separate WC with grab bar. A washing machine and Wifi in the apartment. Laundry facilities in the residence. PETS WELCOME. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to availability.
