Put down your bundle at Domaine St-Amand, a former campsite that has started from scratch to offer you a new concept, a bath of tranquillity, an immersive and unusual interlude, in an environment that has become semi-pedestrianized, high quality and themed 100% nature.
Built in the heart of a truffle plantation in a wooded park, the Domaine, a vast 12-hectare property, has risen from the ashes. Housed in an old farmhouse that has been completely refurbished, the reception areas combine the charm of the past with today's codes of comfort, with two attractive outdoor swimming pools adding the finishing touch.
In terms of accommodation, these are neither cabins, nor gîtes, nor chalets, but cosy little wooden houses, the result of Périgord craftsmanship: meticulously decorated, with a warm, chic natural atmosphere, bright and open to the outdoors, and "the truffle on the cake", all the modern amenities to make you feel "at home".

Spread over a hilly, wooded site, each accommodation benefits from a planted environment offering plenty of privacy.
As the estate is semi-pedestrianized, vehicles are only allowed on arrival/departure days, for greater peace and security during your stay. You can park your vehicle in the secure parking lot at the entrance to the estate.
Approx. 42 m² with a large 35 m² wooden terrace, garden furniture and table with wooden benches.
Benefits: A new, spacious, all-wood home, warm and bright, with all modern conveniences.

- Description of the Aquatic Area:
At the heart of the estate, enjoy 160 m² of brand-new outdoor pools.
Sporty friends, a 72 m² swimming pool heated from May to October awaits you to swim a few laps and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The second 90 m² leisure pool is linked to the children's paddling pool, both naturally heated by the sun's rays. Great for fun and relaxation, the proximity of the paddling pool means parents can keep an eye on their children while taking a dip or sunbathing.
Relax on the deckchairs and enjoy the surrounding calm: shade or sun, close to the pool or more quietly, to read a book or simply laze on the deckchairs, lulled by birdsong or the laughter of children having fun... the choice is yours!
Aquatic area opening times and dates:

We come here in all seasons, above all, to breathe the fresh country air in a calm and peaceful setting, close to animals and nature.
The "refectory" is a multi-purpose area that adapts to all activities, whatever the weather.
There are board games for children and adults.
Children are not forgotten: during the summer vacations, every morning from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., supervised activities are offered to them, with a variety of playful nature-related activities such as treasure hunts, animal care, participation in vegetable garden activities... meet new friends and experience vacations in a different way.
Want to get moving? You'll find advice and ideas for family visits and outings at reception or at the country house, to discover the main attractions of the region, such as the famous Palaeolithic site of Lascaux, around 10 km from the estate, the many fortified castles in the surrounding area, or the charming villages, many of which are classified as among the most beautiful villages in France, with their many stores selling local crafts and small producers of Périgord specialities.
But there's plenty to do in the area:

Visit the estate's truffle farm, where you'll be shown how to care for and grow this exceptional product; stop off at the shared vegetable garden, where, depending on the season, you can help with weeding, watering or, better still, picking a few seasonal vegetables; stop off at the estate's mini-farm to meet the little guests; take a nap under a large oak tree...
Away from the city, there are plenty of opportunities to reconnect with nature through simple, healthy activities in the countryside. The site is an invitation to stroll, and its bucolic setting is inspiring.
* The classics :
Pétanque or Molkky on the boulodrome, a game of ping pong, or a game of soccer or volleyball. Bikes can be rented from a service provider in the neighboring village of Saint-Amand-de-Coly, or you can use the village tennis court (extra charge, details on site).
Looking for a little pampering? Treat yourself to a massage. Enjoy the experience of being massaged in the dedicated massage room or in the middle of nature, weather permitting (surcharge, on reservation).
* And for the little adventurers?
Visit the Bois à Cabanes, a vast play area where you can create a cabin in the woods, give free rein to your child's creativity and imagination, and discover the pleasure of building your own creation. 4 branches can become a castle, a pirate ship, a fairy-tale castle...
And let's not forget the inevitable playground located close to the common areas, with sandbox, trampoline and various games at their disposal. And if the weather turns nasty, they can always take refuge indoors, in the space reserved for them!

The owners have skilfully created a number of different reception and meeting areas, each communicating with the others to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere whatever the season of your stay.
The Domaine Saint-Amand offers a range of dining options adapted to the season and the number of guests, with simple, generous, gourmet cuisine based on local produce from small-scale producers.
Our range of services changes and grows with the seasons and the number of guests at any given time.
The "country house" is the place to be when the weather turns autumnal. Immerse yourself in a cosy atmosphere around a log fire by the fireplace for a relaxing break with a board game, accompanied by tea/coffee, available on a self-service basis. In the height of summer, when the heat is on, the thick walls of this period house will provide you with the coolness you're looking for, giving you the opportunity to enjoy a refreshing drink in the small lounge opening onto the terrace, overlooking nature and the surrounding countryside. This old Perigordian building, completely renovated, is the vibrant heart of the estate.
In low season, the atmosphere is zen and cocooning, conducive to total relaxation, with a few services to enhance your stay.
Throughout the season, a breakfast service is available from 8:30am to 10am (book online or at reception, details confirmed on site).
The "bistrot" offers a selection of "bocaux de la maison", family-style dishes to be enjoyed from your accommodation (except July/August, by online reservation).
When nature reawakens but temperatures are still a little cool, enjoy breakfast under the "Verrière", bathed in the gentle rays of the morning sun, or enjoy an evening aperitif with homemade tapas (served in July/August from 6:30pm to 9:30pm).
During the summer school vacations, the pace quickens in the kitchen, and the restaurant offering expands with a full menu in the evenings from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Meals can be taken on site at the "verrière", served on farm tables in a friendly, child-friendly atmosphere, or taken away if you prefer to enjoy the peace and quiet of your terrace without having to cook.
The convenience store welcomes you all season long. You'll find emergency products, seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden, and products from local producers, giving you the chance to try some of the gourmet specialties for which Périgord is famous!
Bread delivery service only in July/August (order the day before).
To complete the picture, here are a few other practical services: laundry (extra charge), loan of ironing board and iron or hairdryer (on request from reception).
Even though you're in the middle of nature, you can stay connected: free wifi access is available at reception and in the log cabins.
You can also borrow books and board games on site.
