Magnificent villa of 160m² ideal for 8 to 10 people Magnificent villa of 160m², ideal for 8 to 10 people, consisting on the ground floor of a garage, laundry room and a master bedroom (Bed 140 cm).
On the first level a large living room with a master suite (bed 140 cm), shower room and a large modern kitchen, open to the living room.
On the second level, the property has 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and dressing room and the other with 2 bunk beds (90 cm).

Arrival / Departure time:
Arrivals will be at the agency at 10 Places de l'église in Hourtin, the reception will be available from 15h until 17h30.
The handing over of the keys will be done by hand in order to organize your arrival in your vacation accommodation.
As for the departure time, it is imposed by the agency to optimize the organization of the cleaning services.
It will be set in the middle of your vacation week, between 8am and 10:30am maximum.
Linen :
Concerning the linen, you will have to bring your own bed linen or subscribe to our rental service (Rental of flat sheets, bath towel etc...).
