Vacation rental in Sète : Two rooms of 25 m2 located in a quiet residence, with common swimming pool. From its glassed loggia, it has a beautiful view on the sea theater and the Mediterranean Sea. Located on the 6th floor with elevator. The beach is 2.1 km away and shops are 100m away. Residence at some steps from the fishing port of Sete.
Room of 5m2 with bed in 140, cupboard of arrangement and Tv flat screen. The living room is composed of a sofa, storage. The kitchenette is equipped with (induction cooker with 4 fireplaces, fridge, freezer, microwave oven.) The bathroom (basin, shower) is separated from the WC. Shared swimming pool in the residence open from June 15th to August 31st.
Animals not allowed. Late arrival possible : 50€ (details on request).
OPTIONAL services according to availability: bed linen rental (10€ per bed), towels rental (10€ per person), end of stay cleaning (except kitchen) 60€, mini box wifi (39€/week).
