Ideally located on the edge of the forest and at the foot of Etang Morat, this semi-detached gîte will win you over. From the terrace, admire the pond at your feet. Enjoy the peace and quiet, nature and its activities (fishing, stag bellowing in season, mushroom picking, hiking, etc.). The choice is yours.
First floor: from the entrance, discover the fully-equipped kitchen, then the living room with its dining area and comfortable lounge. The door to the outside gives access to the pond (carp, pike, etc.). An airlock leads to a separate toilet and shower room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 4 beds 90 x 190 cm and the other with 1 bed 140x190cm and a crib.
