Set in 5000m² of grounds, you're sure to fall under the spell of La Maison du Becq, a farmhouse dating from the 1800s, fully renovated to respect its authenticity and history. You'll appreciate the balance between comfort and the charm of old beams and stonework. Created in 2022, this gîte is adjoined to a second gîte (reference 10802), but benefits from an outdoor space and a private 18m² covered terrace with brazier at the rear of the building, giving you the privacy you need. This 130m² vacation rental can accommodate up to 7 people. All on one level, it comprises a living room with lounge (TV, Wifi), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer).
This large room serves :
- a master suite including a vast bedroom with 1 bed 160/190 + 1 bed 90 on high, exclusively reserved for children, - a private shower room and WC - a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 that can communicate with the parental space - a bedroom with 1 bed 140/190 and with TV - a second shower room with WC, accessible to people with reduced mobility - a third independent WC - a storeroom with washing machine. Bed linen, towels and household linen are included, as are water, electricity and heating. Complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, changing mat) can be provided.
