Just 1 hour from the Atlantic coast, 2 hours from the Pyrenees and 25 minutes from Mont de Marsan, the commune of Bélis is located in the heart of the Landes maritime pine forest, within the Landes de Gascogne regional nature park. The village of Bélis has been awarded the national "starry village" label, with the particularity of reducing nuisance to the nocturnal environment. Ready to observe the stars through a telescope? On the edge of the forest, come and stay at Gîte Pernaout, a wooden chalet well integrated into its surroundings, with a swimming pool to share with the owners. The ground floor features :
a bright living room with all-glass frontage to enjoy the surrounding nature, including a TV corner (4G internet),
a living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, 5-burner piano, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment) 1 bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with air-conditioning, a shower room with large shower and toilet, and 1 separate toilet. The very practical staircase leads to a small relaxation area on the landing and 2 adjoining bedrooms separated by a curtain, each with 2 single beds. Possibility of 1 extra person €10/day/person (pull-out bed). Gas heating 9€/day. Bed linen, towels and household linen provided. Unenclosed grounds of approx. 3000 m² with trees and a small bridge leading to a bamboo forest. Swimming pool 4mx8 m, depth 1m to 1.70 m, open from June to September, weather permitting, fenced and gated. Pergola with wooden garden furniture, terrace in front of living room-kitchen with additional garden furniture. Boulodrome, ping pong, badminton. Barbecue. Owner on site.
