Hortensias is a fully renovated vacation home in an early 20th-century Landaise building. Perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, it will delight all your family and friends during your stay. Warmth, comfort and conviviality all year round! Just 15 minutes from the ocean, in the heart of the village and surrounded by the Landes forest, this spacious gîte combines an ancient setting with a contemporary lifestyle. Kitchen opening onto living room and lounge, 5 bedrooms including 4 upstairs (2 beds 160/6 beds 90), 2 shower rooms + bath, separate WC. Facilities : Washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, 2 televisions, microwave, freezer, fireplace. Electric heating, wood-burning stove. Sunny 60m² terrace, 30m² of which is covered. Garden furniture and barbecue, plancha. 400m² grounds with children's play area and ping-pong table. Electricity consumption is billed extra according to meter reading, beyond the 8kwh/day flat rate. Located in the village.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
