In southern Berry, detached house with large private enclosed garden and private parking.
Close to Ligny lake (ski lift), Eguzon lake, Parc des Loups in Guéret.
Local events: bal Trad on June 24, picnic on July 2, concerts on July 8 and 29, fête St Roc on August 16, concert in the village of Nermond on August 26, circus in September. First floor: kitchen with dining room, bedroom, shower room, private wc. A step leads to the living room.
First floor: landing with sofa bed, two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and access to a shower room with toilet.
Outside: private, enclosed grounds with parking, pétanque court. Garden furniture, barbecue.
