Welcome to this superb 65m2 loft-style apartment, recently renovated, offering elegant living space for 4 people.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be charmed by the spacious entrance hall with its walk-in dressing room, which leads to the living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed with a quality 160*190 mattress, a TV, and a Wifi connection to keep you connected.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave and American-style fridge to cater for all your needs. However, please note that it does not include a dishwasher.
The sleeping area, bordered by an elegant openwork bookcase, features a comfortable 140*200 double bed for restful nights.
The bathroom is complete with toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.
The apartment has a ski locker (n°16) for safe storage of your equipment. A parking space is also available, but please note that it is on a slope and is not cleared of snow. Please take care if you are not equipped with snow tires or sufficient traction.
A small train regularly passes in front of the apartment and can take you directly to the foot of the slopes, making access to mountain activities very convenient.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets in this apartment.

Apartment located in the heart of the village of Bernex, opposite the Ormeau restaurant and close to all amenities (newsagents, tobacconist, playground, etc.).
You'll be staying in a green and peaceful setting. In winter, you'll have access to the Bernex ski area and skating rink. Just 20 minutes from Evian-Les-Bains, you can also take in the sights at the Village des Flottins and the arrival of Santa Claus.
In summer, you can explore the many forest paths, stroll along the various Bernex mountains and, of course, try your hand at climbing the famous Dent d'Oche. You can also try your hand at mountain biking.
