Warm duplex for 4 people located in Arc 1800 in the residential area of Charmettoger (residence Aiguille Grive), quiet, at the foot of the golf course in summer and in winter at the foot of the slopes (ski lift at the exit of the building, departure and return skis at the foot) and 5 minutes walk from the center of the resort (mountain view, valley and fir trees) Direct access by ski or on foot to the ski schools on the snow front. Ski and mountain bike rental, mini-market and bread deposit on the first floor of the building. WIFI (paying) in the whole residence.
This very comfortable apartment of 36 m2 (4 beds + 1 baby bed "umbrella"), is equipped with a neat decoration (entirely renovated with quality materials). It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with club armchairs, a dining area, an American kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set, TV, HIFI system), a bathroom with WC (shower).
On the first floor, a room with a double bed and TV and DVD player, a second room that can accommodate 2 people (2 single beds); a bed and baby chair are also available. A toilet and a washing machine are also available on the floor. A large balcony of 6 m2 and not overlooked will allow you to enjoy the sunset on the Tarentaise valley and the Mont Blanc.
Parking is available at the foot of the residence (subject to availability), with a charge in winter and free in summer (outside or covered).

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Sorry but we do not offer short stays.
Apartment available on Saturday from 2pm and to be left free at 10am the following Saturday.
Sorry, but pets are not allowed. For the comfort of all tenants, the apartment is a non-smoking area.
Deposit : 1 000 € (500 € in summer) not cashed and returned after inventory and return of keys. A deposit check of 150€ is also required for cleaning.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. The apartment must be left clean on departure (complete cleaning and dishes to be done by the tenant, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products available).
