Perfect apartment with terrace overlooking the sea, from which you can admire fantastic sunsets, rented in the beautiful Gallipoli, immediately close to the fine sandy beach of Lido San Giovanni (beginning of Baia Verde area).
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, is very spacious and has internally: convenient entrance hallway, which leads to all the rooms; large and bright kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook and with a balcony; large double bedroom equipped with everything you need (possibly to add a single bed on request); room with 2 single beds (which can be joined into a double bed), spacious living room with sea view, complete with furnished terrace (table and chairs), this room is used as a third bedroom, given the presence of a double sofa bed, the possibility of adding a single bed. Since the kitchen turns out to be a common environment in which you can eat together this is a good option to get a third bedroom; large bathroom complete with shower and toilet; second bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. Numerous accessories allow a comfortable holiday: air conditioning in the corridor (serving the various rooms), flat screen TV, washing machine and more. The house for rent, excellent for summer holidays (but also at other times of the year), is immediately close to the beautiful sandy beach of Gallipoli, where there is a famous beach equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas (Lido San Giovanni). The coast that you will reach comfortably on foot corresponds to the beginning of the well-known area called Baia Verde. Let's open a parenthesis: since 2018 in this area, concessions to some beaches that offered afternoon music (Samsara and others) have been revoked, so it will be excellently usable for families or vacationers of all ages, as happened in the past. Numerous useful services are within easy reach (newsagents, tobacconists, bars, fish-based street food with delicious gallipoline fries, bank, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, various shops, seafront and much more).
