Facing the old lighthouse and the sea, there's no better place to experience local life, watch the trawlers go out to sea and come back from fishing, watch the small trades sort the fish and set up their stalls. A great place to live, just a two-minute walk from all amenities and the beach.
This comfortable apartment has a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a mezzanine with a 2x70X190 bed, a living room with a breathtaking view of the Vieux Phare, the Canal, the Maison du Dauphin,...., plus a fully-equipped kitchenette. A bathroom and a non-separate toilet complete the rooms available. From December to February, parking is free throughout the GRAU DU ROI commune, except for the post office parking lot and the "petit Victor Hugo" parking lot. From March to November, parking is charged throughout the commune.

This apartment comes with its own private parking space in an overhead parking lot located 300 m from the residence. Please note that this parking space is numbered and private every year from the beginning of March to the beginning of November. For all rentals from early November to early March, parking is free in the commune, as parking is free everywhere in the commune during this winter period only.
The Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest high-speed train station is Montpellier Sud de France, and the nearest airport is Montpellier.
For an additional charge, we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport or train station and taken to your vacation destination.
