Our lovely flat is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator.
On the 3d floor it consists of a living room with a twin sofa bed (they can be joined together), an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, an internal staircase and large terrace; in the attic there is a bedroom with double bed, a second blind bathroom and a terrace.
A/C is provided. A numbered and covered parking space included.

The building with elevator, is located in the area of Lido dei Pini, very close to the pinewood that leads to Pluto’s beach and to the Promenade of Lido dei Pini.
Our lovely two-room apartment is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is located on the third floor in a building with an elevator. The apartment is arranged over the third floor and the attic, on the third floor it consist of a living room with a twin sofa bed (they can be joined together), an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a TV, a microwave, a safe, a blind bathroom with a shower box, an internal staircase and large terrace; in the attic there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second blind bathroom with a shower box and a small terrace.
The unit has new furniture and air conditioning is provided. A numbered and covered parking space included.
