Charmant pigeonnier à Dondas pour 4 personnes, avec piscineVenez séjourner dans un Pigeonnier totalement restauré, sur trois niveaux, situé sur une ancienne propriété agricole de 20 ha (en activité, avec la présence de quelques volailles). Ce logement vous offre tout de même un jardin privatif de 1000m² et une piscine partagée avec un autre gîte. Terrasse d’environ 30m².
Vous serez à proximité des propriétaires si vous souhaitez des conseils sur l'organisation de votre séjour mais leur habitation se trouve plus loin et sans vis-à-vis.
Sur place : Piscine commune à un autre gîte de 10.5m x 4.5m, profondeur de 1.10m à 1.30m, clôturée. Boulodrome. Ouverture piscine de juin à fin octobre.
Vous pourrez profiter de la localisation du gîte pour découvrir une partie du Lot-et-Garonne et passer un bon moment dans le parc Aqualand ou Walygator après une visite de la ville d'Agen !
Gîte non fumeur. Animaux refusés.
A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps à la demande : 8 € la paire.
- Linge de maison et de toilette à organiser par le client.
- Possibilité de forfait ménage en fin de séjour : 40 €, à régler sur place.

Welcoming owners. Accommodation met our expectations. We took advantage of the pool, which was a big plus given the temperatures. What we didn't have: one or more tea towels for the kitchen, tablets for MAL and LV, and an extra garbage bag. For those who haven't prepared their vacation, there's plenty of documentation at the gîte to help you discover the region. The owner knows the area well and is always willing to make suggestions.
