Gîte Sandra pour 4 personnes proche du GersCette location ancienne et restaurée, constituée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un étage et mitoyenne d’une autre location. Plan d’eau. Avis aux amateurs de pêche et de chasse! (De fin septembre à fin novembre, le propriétaire pourra vous faire découvrir les secrets d’une palombière). Local Pêche. Terrain commun non clos de 3000m². Terrasse couverte de 25m². Salon de jardin. Barbecue mobile dans le jardin. Parking.
Animaux domestiques acceptés (sur demande uniquement). Gîte non fumeur.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps à la demande : 10 € la paire. (Pas de lit fait)
- Linge de toilette à organiser par le client.
- Linge de maison mis à disposition gratuitement (torchons mains et vaisselles)
