Gîte Le Châtaignier pour 4 personnes proche DordogneDans la belle vallée de Gavaudun, aux portes de la Dordogne, le domaine du Mayne, vaste propriété de 30 ha, abrite cette location indépendante, Le Châtaignier, de plain pied avec piscine privative. Elle est située à proximité de 2 autres locations, sans vis-à-vis. Très bel environnement, bois et espaces ombragés.
Gîte non-fumeur. Animaux domestiques acceptés. (Petits animaux uniquement).
Sur place : Piscine privée de 6m x 3m, profondeur 1.10m sécurisée par couverture de volet. Ouverture Piscine : de mai à septembre.
A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 400€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps : 8 € la paire.
- Linge de maison et de toilette à organiser par le client.
