Charming apartment for up to 4 people on the second floor of a luxury, secure residence. The apartment comprises an entrance hall that opens onto a modern living room with a sofa bed (140cm) and dining table, which opens onto the balcony. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, etc.), as is a small office area. The night area includes a spacious, bright bedroom with a 160cm bed and built-in closet. Finally, there's a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washing machine. There's also a small, pleasant balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif on your way back from the beach. A private parking space in the residence's basement completes the package. You can't fail to be impressed by the quality of the amenities and the location of this property, just 2 steps from the famous Hossegor lake and the ocean, ideal for vacations with family or friends. Wifi available. End-of-stay cleaning included in the booking price from the end of June to the first week of September, and optional the rest of the year.
