In a quiet location close to all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, cheese shop, restaurants within 500 m), discover a contemporary villa with terrace and large garden.
Ideal for 8 people, this fully-equipped house is perfect for family vacations on the shores of Lake Annecy.
Its exceptional location means you can leave the car behind (if you wish!). You can reach the cycle path in 3-4 minutes by bike, and the lake is less than a kilometer away. This cycle path circles the lake (42km for the bravest) and takes you to the magnificent Annecy in 8km.
For swimming, Sevrier's two beaches welcome you free of charge.
️ Unless otherwise indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or bathtub), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large veranda with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, a bathroom and two shower rooms for the bedrooms upstairs.
3 televisions (one in each living room, one in the downstairs bedroom) and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen is provided for your stay.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed in the property.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
