Beautiful 150 m2 villa, 3 minutes' walk from the lake, located 3km from the center of Annecy.
Reservations only from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.

With four bedrooms upstairs and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, you'll enjoy a remarkable view of the lake and mountains.
The villa has a large, attractive terrace with swimming pool.
Television and high-speed WiFi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen is provided free of charge for your stay.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance.

To ensure your peace of mind until the departure of your train, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The house is rented by the week only, from Saturday to Saturday.
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not collected that evening.
