In the center of La Tranche sur Mer. Pleasant house, with its exceptional location for vacations, once the car parked you can do everything on foot: 100m from the town center and 100m from the beach. House of approx. 50m2 comprising a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 140cm bed and 1 wardrobe, a shower room with basin, shower and washing machine and a separate toilet. At the bottom of the house, an external staircase gives access to a large cellar where you can store bikes, boards, etc. This staircase also gives access to a small courtyard at the rear of the house, with garden furniture and deckchairs. A car parking space in the front courtyard (max. vehicle length 4m).
EQUIPMENT: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 gas rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, coffee-maker, television, garden furniture.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, household linen not provided.
