Rated 3 stars, this pleasant house in the middle of a large enclosed garden planted with trees is located two minutes' walk (200m) from the sandy beach of Kerver, 10 minutes' walk from the Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver golf course and 10 minutes' walk from the Rohu sailing club.
The first floor comprises an entrance hall opening onto a large, bright living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with twin beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find a mezzanine landing with TV area, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with 3 single beds, as well as a shower room and a second independent toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the house's large wooded garden. Basket, garden table, barbecue.

In the heart of a calm and relaxing environment. This house is 200m from Kerver beach and 800m from Rohu beach. The town of Saint-Gildas de Rhuys and its shops are less than 4 km away. A free shuttle service is available from July to August, making it easy to get around the village.
The Presqu'île de Rhuys, between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, offers a wide range of activities. You can enjoy the scenery on foot along the many coastal paths, by bike via a well-developed network of cycle paths, or by sailing to the islands of the Gulf and the Atlantic.
