Ground floor: 1 living room opening onto terrace and garden, sitting area with TV (flat-screen/satellite) and fireplace (decorative only), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160), 1 bathroom (sink and shower) and 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, 2-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) also opening onto terrace and garden, - 1 small garage (deep and narrow),
- upstairs, accessible via the staircase leading from the lounge area:
