In La Tranche sur Mer, small house with garden in a vacation residence located 400m from the shopping center, 700m from the beach and 1000m from the town center.
The accommodation comprises a living room with fitted and equipped kitchenette, a dining area opening onto the terrace and garden. One bedroom with 140cm bed and closet. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC. Upstairs, a second bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds and cupboard. Private parking space.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, microwave, television, garden furniture, toaster, 2 gas rings.
End-of-stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Option: end-of-stay cleaning on reservation: fixed price 60€, linen not provided.
