In La Tranche sur Mer, lighthouse area. House on a 500 m2. plot for a family stay with wifi comprising on the ground floor, a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, 3 bedrooms: the first with a 160cm bed, the second with a 140cm bed and the third with 2 90cm beds. Separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower, bath and washbasin, 1 shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Upstairs, a fourth bedroom with 3 90cm beds (bunk beds).

Enclosed grounds with car parking space, large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. End-of-stay cleaning option available on reservation.
The house is 550m from the beach and 2km from the town center.
